Who can see what in your portal

Each person at your company has an access level, and sees the facilities Empire Telecom has linked to them.

Open your dashboard →Where: Dashboard > the facility name at the top right shows every facility you can see.

Access levels

  • User - services and support tickets for their facilities.
  • Billing - everything a User sees, plus invoices.
  • Admin - everything for their facilities, including orders and the website.
  • Super Admin - everything an Admin sees, plus remote access to your computers.

Which facilities they see

People see their own facility. People who look after a group of facilities can be given the whole group - they then switch between facilities from the top right.

Tip: To add a colleague, change what someone can see, or remove someone who has left, email support@empiretelecomnj.com or open a ticket - it is done the same day.
