| 1 | Open the customer portal link Empire Telecom sent you. |
| 2 | Enter your email and password, then press Sign in. |
No password? Use a sign-in link
| 1 | Press Email me a sign-in link instead. |
| 2 | Enter your email and check your inbox. |
| 3 | Click the link in the email - you are signed in. The link works once and expires after a short time. |
Forgot your password
| 1 | Press Forgot password? and enter your email. |
| 2 | Open the email and choose a new password. |
Good to know: Your sign-in is your email address. If your email changes, ask Empire Telecom to update it and your access moves with it.
