In the following guide, we'll walk you through the steps of setting up an external phone number for remote voicemail access on your Net2phone system. This functionality allows you to dial a specified phone number from either an internal or external phone, providing access to any voicemail within your organization, contingent upon having the voicemail PIN.
To enable remote access for specific extensions, you must individually activate remote access for each extension. Follow these steps to enable remote access on an extension.
- Access voicemail by dialing *95, or the voicemail icon on your hard phone
- Enter you password
- Dial 4 for admin access
- Dial 2 for admin options
- Dial 4 for remote voicemail access
- Dial 1 to enable or 2 disable
1. Click on "Company"

2. Click on Special Extensions

3. Click on "ADD SPECIAL EXTENSION"

If the "ADD SPECIAL EXTENSION" is grayed out this means you dont have any available special extension on your account, if this case please reach out to

4. Name your extension

5. Click on Select...
6. And choose "Remote Access Voicemail"

7. Click on the "Phone Number" dopdown

8. Choose an available phone number (Or add a new one)

9. Click on ADD

You and your team can now utilize the assigned phone number to access voicemail from anywhere.
