Net2phone how to rest your voicemail pin
In the following section, we will explain how to reset your voicemail password using the Net2Phone portal. Administrators have the capability to perform this action for all users, while individual users can reset their own extensions only. You also have the option to reset your password through your phone; however, this method requires knowledge of your existing password.
To reset your password via your phone, follow these steps: Dial *95, enter your current password, press 4 for voicemail settings, then select 2 for admin options, and finally press 1 for voicemail password reset.

1. Click on Company
2. Click on the pencil icon
If you can't see the edit pencil icon, it might be hidden on the right side, so you may need to scroll horizontally, or you may not have admin privileges on your account
3. Click on Voicemail
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on Update Password
5. Type your new password
6. Click on RESET
