RingCentral How to Access Devices on the Portal

In this guide, we will walk you through accessing your RingCentral hard phone/s via the online portal. You’ll learn how to perform actions such as rebooting the device, renaming it, updating user details, changing the address, and more.


Login RingCentral

1. Click on Phone System

4. Click on the device you would like to access

5. Actions You Can Now Perform:


Change your password or reboot/rsync your device. (Note: Rsyncing a device will power cycle it, disconnecting any active calls.)

View device information and status.

Edit the user assigned to the device.

Update device name 
Add edit expansion modules, expansion module

Adjust bandwidth settings for the device.

Update location settings. (This location is what emergency personnel will see when a call is made from this phone, so it’s important to ensure accuracy.)
