Net2phone using Zapier to integrate your phone system with other apps
In this guide, we will demonstrate how to utilize Zapier to initiate actions from your net2phone phone system. This method offers an excellent means of creating automation and seamless connections between your phone system and other applications without the need for any coding.
Step one entails logging in or creating a Zapier account by visiting https://zapier.com/.
1. Click on Create
2. Click on New Zap
3. Click on 1. Trigger
4. Click on Webhook
5. Click on dropdown trigger
6. Click on Catch Hook
7. Click on Continue
8. You may skip the "Trigger" step
9. Click on Continue
10. Copy the generated URL
The URL generated by Zapier is essential for retrieving data from your phone system to Zapier. After copying this URL, return to your phone system's API page (typically located in Settings/API Setup, or consult the following link for instructions on accessing the API page in net2phone Nt2phone webhook setup).
Once you've added the URL to the system, you can proceed with the steps to push data. For the purpose of this guide, we'll demonstrate how to push data when a call is missed by a specific user within your organization.
11. Navigate to your phone system and paste it into the "Destination URL" field.

14. Select Specific Team Members
15. Choose a team member
16. Click on ADD
Once you have completed the setup process, return to Zapier to retrieve the data from your phone system. You may need to execute this action once beforehand so that Zapier can detect and access the data. For instance, in our scenario, intentionally leaving a missed call for the user associated with the configured action would facilitate this process.

Now that Zapier has access to the data, you have the flexibility to push it to over 1000 different apps available in Zapier's ecosystem.
