Net2phone how to provision your desk phone
In the following guide, we will walk you through adding a desk phone to your Net2Phone account and associating it with a user extension. See below for a list of devices available for zero-touch provisioning)
Before you begin, please note that if your device was brought over from another carrier or purchased refurbished, it may still be connected to the old carrier’s network. It will need to be removed from the previous network before it can be added for zero-touch provisioning. If you need assistance with this, please contact us at

1. Click on Company
2. Click on Devices
3. Click on "ADD DESK PHONE"
4. Click the dropdown
5. Choose the device make and model
6. Retrieve your device details from the back of the phone
Note: not all devices will require the MAC and serial number some devices only require the MAC address.
7. Enter your Mac Address
8. Enter your Serial Number
9. Click on the dropdown
10. Choose the user to associate the device with
11. Click on SAVE
Once you have completed the process of adding your device in the portal, you may need to reboot your device for it to pull provisioning. Occasionally, you may need to factory reset your device. For help with factory resetting your device, choose from the following articles based on your device type and make.
