Net2phone how to enable automatic call recording
Below, we will guide you on activating automatic call recordings for an individual extension. Please note that this must be done on a per-extension basis, and bulk activation is not available. This feature ensures that all inbound and outbound calls are automatically recorded and stored for 60 days in the "Calls" tab of your phone system.
Step one would be to login to the online platform by clicking the following link net2phone Portal Login, for instructions on how to login for the first time please see this article. How to login to the net2phone portal 1. Click on "Company"
2. Click on the pencil icon
If you can't see the edit pencil icon, it might be hidden on the right side, so you may need to scroll horizontally, or you may not have admin privileges on your account
3. Click on Call Options
4. And lastly, toggle the button to enable
