Net2phone how to set up a conference number (Recurring meeting)
Below, we will guide you through the process of establishing a recurring meeting using the Net2Phone Huddle platform. Every user in your phone system is automatically granted a complimentary Net2Phone Huddle account. This feature proves invaluable if you wish to arrange a persistent conference call with a consistent number and PIN for continuous use.
Step one would be to login to the Huddle platform by clicking the following link net2phone Huddle Login user name and password is the same as the standard net2phone platform, for instructions on how to login for the first time please see this article. How to login to the net2phone portal
1. Click on "Your Meetings"
2. Click on the "+" icon
3. Enter the name of your recuring meeting
4. Click on ADD
5. You will then find all the meeting information by clicking the "i" icon (Highlighted Below)
The meeting is now permanent, and you will always have the same phone number and PIN for continuous use.
The PIN cannot be changed, but if you wish to use a different number, perhaps one with a local area code, you can forward any available number from your portal to this phone number.
