The generated information will include the details received by the hook. When a call is missed, you'll receive the caller's number, the recipient's number, the time the call was placed, and some additional account information.

The system will allow you to choose a specific number for sending the SMS. It's best to choose a number rather than choosing "random" so you can save it and recognize the purpose of the SMS when it arrives.

32. Enter the message you'd like to receive each time there is a missed call.

In the dropdown, you can enter data received from the hook. For example, you can input the phone number of the recipient whose call was missed, allowing you to call them back.

Now your action is live. Each time a call is missed at the specified extension(s), an SMS will be sent to the designated number. You also have the option to set up time-based routing for this extension. For instance, if you only want to receive SMS notifications at certain times or on specific days, follow this guide to set up time-based routing so that calls to this extension only trigger notifications during the desired times.

We understand that setting up some of these processes may seem complex. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@empiretelecomnj.com. We're here to help!
