In the following guide, we will walk you through the process of resetting the Yealink W60, W70, and W76 cordless base stations to their default settings

IMPORTANT

These instructions will reset the DECT Base to factory default.

To factory reset the base:

a) From the handset menu:

1. Press the OK button.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select System Settings.
4. Select Base Reset.
5. Enter the PIN (default: 0000), and press the Done soft key
6. Press OK to confirm.

b) From the DECT base unit:

1. Power off the unit by unplugging the power source.
2. Wait for 15 seconds, then press and hold the connect button on the base station.
3. While still holding the connect button, reconnect the power source.
4. Wait until all three lights on the unit are showing as solid green, then release the connect button.
5. Wait approximately 5 minutes.
6. Reboot the unit by unplugging the power source for 15 seconds, then reconnect.

NOTE

After the base is factory reset, you may need to re-register the handset(s) to the base.

1. Approach the DECT base with the handset.
2. Long press the Wireless button on the base until the registration LED flashes.
3. Press the OK soft key on the handset.
4. Select Settings.
5. Select System Settings.
6. Select Register Handset.
7. Select the desired base and then press the OK soft key to search.
8. Press the OK soft key after searching a base successfully.
9. Enter the base PIN (default: 0000), and then press the Done soft key.
