Yealink T57W Unboxing and setup
In this guide, we will walk you through unboxing and setting up your Yealink T57W, providing step-by-step instructions to help you get your device up and running smoothly.
1. Unbox your new phone
Inside the package for your Yealink T57W deskphone, you’ll find the following components:
2. Attach the stand to the back of the phone. Align the stand’s insert with the designated slot on the phone, then gently slide it in place
3. Insert the handset cord (and optional headset)
4. Connect your phone to the internet
Or your may connect your phone using WiFi:
- Go to Menu > Basic > Wi-Fi.
- Enable Wi-Fi.
- Select an available wireless network from the list of networks.
- If the network is secure, enter its password in the Password field.
- Tap OK to connect to the wireless network.
Voicemail Box Setup
Recording Your Personal Voicemail Greeting
Press the Messages button
Enter the PIN provided to you by your Administrator, followed by the # key. (default PIN is 1000)
Select option 4 for personal options.
Select option 1 to record your voicemail greeting.
Follow the voice prompts to record and check your greeting.
