In this guide, we will walk you through unboxing and setting up your Yealink T54W, providing step-by-step instructions to help you get your device up and running smoothly.
1. Unbox your new phone

When unboxing your phone, you should find the following items included in the shipment:
• IP Phone
• Phone Stand
• Handset
• Handset Cord
• Ethernet Cable
• Power Adapter (if required)

2. Attach the stand to the back of the phone. Align the stand’s insert with the designated slot on the phone, then gently slide it in place

3. Insert the handset cord into the port marked with the handset icon. Then, plug the Ethernet cord into the port labeled “Internet,” located closer to the center of the phone.

4. If the phone still does not power on, it indicates that your network switch is not POE (Power Over Ethernet). In this case, you will need to use the power adapter to plug in the phone.

5. Your phone should now initialize and begin booting up. You will see a welcome screen, and it’s normal for the phone to take a few minutes to complete the boot-up process.

If your phone isn’t displaying the correct information after booting up and allowing time for initialization, a reset may be needed. To reset the phone, press and hold the "OK" button for 10 seconds, then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
