Hold and resume a call

2The caller hears hold music or silence and the call shows as held.
3To pick the call back up, press HOLD again, press the line key for that call, or press Resume.

Tip: if more than one call is on hold, select the one you want first with the up and down arrows, then press Resume.

Take a second call

1While on a call, press a free line key, or press HOLD to park the first caller.
2Press New Call and dial the second number.
3To move between the two callers, press the line key for the call you want, or press Swap.

Note: to hand a call to someone else, see Yealink T48S: Transfer calls or Yealink T33: Transfer calls. To bring everyone onto one call, see Yealink T46S: Make a conference call.
