In the following guide, we will demonstrate the process of provisioning a Mitel or Polycom phone for your Windstream services. This procedure involves two essential steps: initially, extracting your BTN (Billing Telephone Number) from the portal, followed by contacting the activations team.

1. Click on OfficeSuite

3. Youll then find all your BTNs as seen below.

Once you have your information in order call tier 2 activations:
877-202-8000 option 1.
