Windstream how to reset ext and voicemail password
If you encounter the "Logged-out" message on your Windstream / Mitel phone, the steps below will guide you on how to reset your extension password and successfully log back into your phone.

1. Click on Phone System

2. Click on Extension Manager

3. Click on edit pencil for the extension you would like to edit

4. Click on Change Extension PIN

5. Enter the new pin you would like to set

6. Click on Save

Once you have reset your extension pin you may follow these steps to log back in to your phone.

Before you try keep in mind failed attempts can cause your phone to lock and wont allow you login for a period of time
- Click "Activate"
- Dial your extension number (Example 105)
- Dial your pin
- Click enter
