Windstream configuring emergency call override routing

In the guide below, you will find instructions on how to configure Emergency Call Override Routing. This feature allows you to forward your calls to an external phone number in case of an emergency situation.

1. Click on OfficeSuite

2. Click on Incoming Call Routing

3. Click on the number you would like to forward

4. On the top right box label "Emergency Override Routing" Click on the dropdown

5. Click on Other

6. ENter the phone number your would like the calls to go to

7. IMPORTANT Make sure to check Emergency Override Routing
