RingCentral scheduling reports automatically

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of setting up email notifications to receive call reports in the RingCentral phone system. You can choose to receive your reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom schedule.


1. On the top menu click on "Reports"

4. Choose the email Delivery Schedule

5. Choose the call log type

6. Add the email you would like to receive the call report to
