Net2phone voicemail to email issues

Having trouble receiving your voicemail in your email? Here are common reasons why voicemail to email might not be working:

1. Ensure you have checked your Spam, Promotions, or other folders in your mailbox.

2. Always verify that your email is correctly configured in the system under your user settings.

3. If you're still not receiving voicemails in your email, contact your IT department and ensure that all emails from noreply@net2phone.com are allowed, as this is the email address from which your voicemails will be delivered.
