Text customers from your business number in the Unite apps - one-to-one, or shared with your team.
Business texting in the US needs your number registered with the carriers (10DLC). Empire Telecom handles this - see net2phone: SMS registration (10DLC). Until it is approved, texts may not be delivered.
| 1 | Open the Unite app (phone, desktop or app.net2phone.com). |
| 2 | Start a new message and enter the number or pick a contact. |
| 3 | Choose which of your business numbers it is sent from, if you have more than one. |
| 4 | Type and send. Pictures (MMS) can be attached too. |
A main number can be shared with a ring group, so the whole team sees the same conversation and anyone can answer.
