Net2phone Managing Virtual Fax (E-Fax)
This instructional video will demonstrate how to configure your Net2Phone eFax (vFax) service using the online portal. You'll be shown the step-by-step process for adding and editing users to facilitate fax sending and receiving. Please note that you can add up to 10 users for sending and receiving faxes for each assigned number.
Step one would be to login to the Huddle platform by clicking the following link net2phone Portal Login user name and password is the same as the standard net2phone platform, for instructions on how to login for the first time please see this article. How to login to the net2phone portal 1. Click on "Company"
2. Click on Virtual Fax
3. Click on the highlight (Pencil Icon)
If you can't see the edit pencil icon, it might be hidden on the right side, so you may need to scroll horizontally, or you may not have admin privileges on your account
4. Click on Add an additional email
5. Click on Email
6. Click on SAVE
