Net2phone how to retrieve SIP credentials for a user
In the guide provided below, we will demonstrate how to retrieve SIP credentials for a user. These credentials can be used to configure any open-source IP phone.
Step one would be to login to the online platform by clicking the following link net2phone Portal Login for instructions on how to login for the first time please see this article. How to login to the net2phone portal 1. Click on company
2. Click on Team Members
3. Select the team member for whom you wish to retrieve the SIP credentials, then click on the pencil icon.
If you can't see the edit pencil icon, it might be hidden on the right side, so you may need to scroll horizontally, or you may not have admin privileges on your account
4. Click on Devices
5. Towards the bottom, click on Add Desk Phone
6. Click on Select...
7. On the dropdown scroll to the last option and choose "Unsupported Device"
8. Click on SAVE
9. The SIP credentials will then appear
