Net2phone how to retrieve SIP credentials for a user
In the guide provided below, we will demonstrate how to retrieve SIP credentials for a user. These credentials can be used to configure any open-source IP phone.
1. Click on company
2. Click on Team Members
3. Select the team member for whom you wish to retrieve the SIP credentials, then click on the pencil icon.
If you can't see the edit pencil icon, it might be hidden on the right side, so you may need to scroll horizontally, or you may not have admin privileges on your account
4. Click on Devices
5. Towards the bottom, click on Add Desk Phone
6. Click on Select...
8. Click on SAVE
9. The SIP credentials will then appear
