Net2phone how to create a free extension for external users
2. Click on Ring Groups
3. Click on ADD RING GROUP
4. Nem your Ring Group
5. Enter the extension you would like to use.
6. Optional: Click on Assigned Numbers and choose a phone number
7. Click on NEXT
8. Click on Add Tiers
9. Click on the "If Call Not Answered" Dropdown and choose Add Forwarding Number
10. Enter the external phone number
11. Click on ADD
12. Click on SAVE
13. Click on SAVE
You can now dial the 3/4 digit extension you set up and it will automatically transfer to the users call phone.
