The guide below will demonstrate how to configure the ring group with an external phone number and use the ring group's extension as the user's extension. This setup enables you to easily reach the user's cell phone by dialing the 3/4-digit extension you've established. This feature is particularly useful for users who are often on the go and allows you to communicate through extension-to-extension dialing without incurring additional extension costs.

2. Click on Ring Groups
3. Click on ADD RING GROUP
4. Nem your Ring Group
5. Enter the extension you would like to use.
6. Optional: Click on Assigned Numbers and choose a phone number
7. Click on NEXT
8. Click on Add Tiers
9. Click on the "If Call Not Answered" Dropdown and choose Add Forwarding Number
10. Enter the external phone number
11. Click on ADD
12. Click on SAVE
13. Click on SAVE
You can now dial the 3/4 digit extension you set up and it will automatically transfer to the users call phone.
