Net2phone company directory settings
The "Company Directory" feature in welcome menus directs callers to a message instructing them to enter the first three letters of the person's first or last name they are trying to reach. This functionality allows callers to find users within your organization using their names.
You have the option to choose whether this search should be based on the first or last name of users. Additionally, you can prerecord names, considering that automated systems may encounter difficulty with pronunciation. The following guide will demonstrate how to set up this feature.

2. Click on Directory
3. Choose how to look up users, by first or last name
You may also edit the greeting that is played and upload your own prerecorded file as highlighted in orang.
Your company directory is now configured. You can choose to edit the individual name announcements for each user by following the next steps.
1. Click on Team Members
2. Click on the edit pencil
If you can't see the edit pencil icon, it might be hidden on the right side, so you may need to scroll horizontally, or you may not have admin privileges on your account
3. Click on Company
4. Click on "Uploaded Custom Name Prompt"
5. Drag and drop or click browse files then click "Upload"
6. Click on SAVE
