Net2phone how to edit users (Team members)
2. Click on the edit pencil icon
If you can't see the edit pencil icon, it might be hidden on the right side, so you may need to scroll horizontally, or you may not have admin privileges on your account
3. You may now edit the user name, email, and avatar
Don't forget to scroll down and click Save
4. Click on "Company" to edit the extension number, Directory Greeting, and user permission
Don't forget to scroll down and click Save
If you are using a desk phone and would like the changes to appear on the device you may need to reboot the phone or update the phones configuration.
