Open net2phone →Where: Sign in at app.net2phone.com (or the net2phone Unite app) with your work email.

In the following guide, you will be provided with instructions on how to edit individual user information and settings, including but not limited to the user's name, email address, extension number, user permissions, directory greeting, and more.
Step one would be to login to the online platform by clicking the following link net2phone Portal Login for instructions on how to login for the first time please see this article. How to login to the net2phone portal
1. Click on "Company"
2. Click on the edit pencil icon
If you can't see the edit pencil icon, it might be hidden on the right side, so you may need to scroll horizontally, or you may not have admin privileges on your account
3. You may now edit the user name, email, and avatar
Don't forget to scroll down and click Save
4. Click on "Company" to edit the extension number, Directory Greeting, and user permission
Don't forget to scroll down and click Save
If you are using a desk phone and would like the changes to appear on the device you may need to reboot the phone or update the phones configuration.
