Mitel 6900: Find the phone's IP address

On the phone

1	Press the Settings key.
2	Open Status (press the Select button or the Select softkey).
3	Scroll down to Network.
4	Read the number in the IP Address field, for example 192.168.1.45.

Empire Telecom support may ask for it when a phone will not register or has no dial tone.
It lets a technician open the phone's web page from a computer on the same network.

Tip: take a photo of the Status screen and send it with your support ticket. It also shows the phone's MAC address and firmware.
