Do not disturb (DND)

1Press the DND key, if your phone has one.
2A DND icon shows on the Home screen while it is on. Callers go to your voicemail instead.
3Press DND again to turn it off.

Call forward

1Press the Call Fwd key, or press Settings and select Call Forward.
2Pick when to forward: all calls, only when you are busy, or when you do not answer after a set number of rings.
3Enter the number to forward to and turn the forward on, following the prompts on screen.
4Come back to the same menu to turn it off.

Note: the DND and Call Fwd keys only appear if they are set up on your phone. Ask Empire Telecom to add them: support@empiretelecomnj.com or (732) 363-9898.

Tip: forwarding to a cell phone? Include the area code.
