How to signup to the Empire Telecom support portal
In the following guide, you will discover the steps to access the Empire Telecom support portal and knowledge base. Within the support portal, you can view all your open and closed tickets, access past ticket history, leave notes, escalate issues, and communicate with the support team. Additionally, you can find a wealth of self-help resources at your disposal.
1. Click on Sign Up
2. Enter your Name and Email
3. Enter the generated security code and click "Sign Up
4. Go to your email and click on "ACCEPT THE INVITATION"
5. Create a password and click "Register
6. And you are all set! Navigate to "My Area" to access your tickets.
Once logged in you can access all your tickets add notes and replies, submit new tickets, access many great resources, filleter through departments and accounts, chat with a live agent, and much more.
