Net2phone how to change outgoing caller ID

In this guide, we will explore the process of configuring the outgoing caller ID for a specific user. Please note that this cannot be done in bulk; it needs to be set individually. The outgoing caller ID number is the phone number that will be displayed when placing an outgoing call.

If you wish to change the outgoing caller ID name, you must submit the request to the national caller ID database through our support team.

To initiate this change, kindly email your 15-digit name to support@empiretelecomnj.com. If you are encountering issues with your calls being flagged as spam, refer to this guide My caller ID is showing up as SPAM​

Step one would be to login to the online platform by clicking the following link net2phone Portal Login, for instructions on how to login for the first time please see this article. How to login to the net2phone portal 

 

1. Click on "Company"

2. Click on the pencil icon

If you can't see the edit pencil icon, it might be hidden on the right side, so you may need to scroll horizontally, or you may not have admin privileges on your account

3. Click on Devices

4. Click the "Caller ID" Dropdown

5. And choose what number should come up as the outgoing caller ID

6. Click on the "X" and your all set
