As part of our ongoing efforts to improve communication and provide better support, we are updating our EmpireTV email domain and launching a dedicated EmpireTV Knowledge Base & Help Center.
What’s Changing?
1️⃣ New Email Domain: @empiretv.co
• Effective March 17th, all EmpireTV team members will use @empiretv.co instead of @empiretelecomnj.com.
• Our support email has changed to help@empiretv.co.
• Emails sent to @empiretelecomnj.com will still be delivered for the next 60 days, but all outgoing emails will now come from @empiretv.co.
• Important: Our domain is empiretv.co (not .com).
• This update is for EmpireTV clients and team members only.
• Empire Telecom customers and their communication channels remain unchanged.
2️⃣ New EmpireTV Knowledge Base & Help Center
• Starting March 21st, EmpireTV will have a separate support platform at support.empiretv.co.
• This dedicated knowledge base will provide easy access to troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and customer support resources tailored specifically for EmpireTV services.
